1. How to show list of employee in dotBizX.Com?

     To do it, you click on HR & Payroll (1) button => Next you click on Staff Management (2) option => Then you can see list of employee like Illustration 01 bellows.

     * Notes:

+ Add New (3) button: It's used to create a new staff/employee.

+ Action (4) button: When you click on this button so you can see more options from 5th to 12th position like Illustration 01 above.

+ Edit (5) option: It's used to modify the information about staff/employee.

+ Documents (6) option: It's used to show all documents of staffs/employees.

+ Details (7) Option: It's used to show an existing staff/employee.

+ Delete (8) Option: It's used to delete an existing staff/employee.

+ Send Mail (9) option: It's used to send mail for your staff/employee.

+ Send Sms (10) option: It's used to send sms for your staff/employee from your mobile when you work with dotBizX.com from your mobile.

+ Send WhatsApp (11) option: It's used to send WhatsApp Chat for your staff/employee.

+ Call (12) option: It's used to call for your staff/employee via the suitable app from your mobile when you work with dotBizX.com from your mobile.

2. How to add new staff/employee?

   In list of staffs/employee like Illustration 01 above, you click on Add New (3) button => In Personal Details Form, you need input all things for your staff/employee => Final, you click on Save changes (36) button to finish.

     * Notes:

+ Cells marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

+ Department (26) and Designations (27) and Salary Scale (28) box: It's values has to create before. If you don't create any things so you need do it via 8.1.1. Departments Management and 8.1.2. Designations Management in the user guide of dotBizX.com.

3. How to show an existing staff/employee?

   In list of staffs/employee like Illustration 01 above, you click on Action (4) button => Next you click on Details (7) option => Now you can see all information of employee/staff like Illustration 03 bellows.

4. How to show list of documents of an existing employee/staff?

   In list of staffs/employee like Illustration 01 above, you click on Action (4) button => Next you click on Documents (6) option => Now you can see list of documents of an existing employee/staff like Illustration 04 bellows.

     * Notes:

+ Add New (40) button: It's used to create a new document.

+ 41th option: When you click on that link so you can download that document into your pc or mobile...

+ Action (42) button: When you click on this button so you can see more options from 43th to 44th position like Illustration 04 above.

+ Edit (43) option: It's used to modify the information about that document.

+ Delete (44) option: It's used to delete that document.

5. How to create a new document for employee/staff?

   In list of documents like Illustration 04 above, you click on Add New (40) button => In Add New Document Form, you need input all things for that document => Final, you click on Upload (47) button to finish.

+ Cells marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

+ Document (46) box: You need click on this box to upload your document. The maximum document size is 300kb. Only the following formats are accepted: png, jpg, jpeg, pdf, webp, txt, doc, docx, xlsx, xls.
